We are looking to recruit for our client for an experienced and passionate Sales Office Manager to lead a team of four for an exclusive wedding and events venue in the Goole area.
The venue has an amazing USP and award winning team to manage the venue.
Wedding and Events Sales Office Manager; The role: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate clients.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final booking, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
Collaborate with the events operations team to ensure successful event execution and delivery.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements: Proven sales experience in the hospitality or events industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
