Our UK offices and warehouse supply an extensive range of products, making us a trusted name in the industry.
About the Role This new position is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, and driven to make an impact.
You will play a vital role in supporting both our customers and internal teams while developing your own skills within a collaborative environment.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 08:30am - 04:30pm Key Responsibilities * Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotes.
* Following up on quotes and ensuring excellent customer communication.
* Managing customer orders, acknowledgments, and invoicing.
* Liaising with external sales teams, logistics, and warehouse staff.
* Utilizing SAP and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
* Supporting payroll processing and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
What We're Looking For We're seeking an individual with: * Proven experience in a sales office or administrative role.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
