Job Profile As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential sales and achieving branch targets.
You will use your negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for clients and proactively seek opportunities to grow the business.
Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will handle property enquiries, conduct valuations, and deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers.
Duties: Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and driving residential sales growth.
Identify new opportunities for sales and conduct property valuations using market research.
Handle enquiries and convert them into viewings or valuations.
Use negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms for clients while maintaining a balanced approach.
Follow up on previous viewings and valuations to gather feedback and assist in decision-making.
Actively refer business opportunities across departments to maximise sales potential.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors and buyers.
Make outbound calls to generate viewings and valuations for properties.
Ensure all sales activities comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies.
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in Estate Agency and negotiating sales Proven ability to generate new business and maximise sales opportunities.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a personable and professional approach.
Proactive, target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to sales.
