My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their team at their Gloucester office to aid their ambitious plans.
Benefits Parking or parking permit 20 days holiday increasing with service, plus Bank Holidays Membership to professional bodies/study support Varied calendar of social events What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator: Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate offers Generate new business opportunities through a variety of tasks Achieve/exceed personal targets and contribute to wider business growth Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Negotiator: Previous experience working within Estate Agency First-class written and spoken English, with excellent customer service Proficient user of IT Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car My client is offering a salary of £24,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be in excess of £30,000 If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and we promise to get back to you.
