About Us:We are a leading electrical wholesaler based in Coventry, specializing in providing high-quality electrical products and solutions to businesses across the industry.
As a forward-thinking company, we are expanding into new and exciting areas, and we're looking for a dedicated Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow even further.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong customer relationshipsManage and nurture existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales dealsProspect for new business and develop a deep understanding of customer needsCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operationsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactionsDeliver exceptional customer service with a professional approach at all timesKey Requirements:Proven experience in business development and account managementPrevious experience in the electrical wholesale industry (or a similar sector) is essentialStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsGoal-driven, resilient, and able to work proactively with a strong attention to detailFull and clean UK Driver's LicenceProfessional demeanour and a customer-focused attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive starting salary (£28k-£30k), depending on experienceMonthly and annual bonus schemesCompany pensionFree parking25 days of annual leave plus bank holidaysA supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth
