Sales Negotiator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our client ' s team in Braintree.
Salary & Benefits 28,000 to 32,000 per annum, OTE.

Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
Sales progression Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity.
Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a sales role preferable but not essential Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is essential Full UK Driving License Self-motivated and target driven Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills.
