Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy Recruit, train and develop the sales and marketing team Guide the strategy for the online presence Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets Prepare and present sales reports Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities Executing a digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition & retention Skills & Experience: A proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve & exceed targets Experienced in creating sales & marketing campaigns from a luxury hospitality background Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
