A remote based position with requirements to be onsite at our events and visiting our Hotel & Venue Partners (UK & Global).

Role Description Due to significant business growth over the past year, we are excited to welcome a Full Time Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
The role involves tasks such as : - Planning and co-ordination of Events and Familiarisation Trips, including logistics, travel and on-site support during events.
- Assistance in Commercial Reports with on-going management of our Client Database.
- Conduct Market Research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for business growth.
- Management of the Invoice and Payment Process.
- Administrative support to the Managing Director and Sales Director including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and being an active driver in the day-to-day operations.
Experience & Skills - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work independently as a remote based role.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and 'can do' approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms - Previous experience in the events/hospitality industry is a plus.
- Enjoys being social and being confident to network and talk with clients at events.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for events.
