Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within a reasonable distance to commute to Edinburgh .

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, provide continuous support and ensure their ongoing development and success.
Revenue Growth: Leverage your sales expertise to drive daily sales performance, guiding your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives, aligning with the business goals and market expansion opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the EMEA region.
Market Knowledge: Apply your understanding of the EMEA market to support regional strategies and capitalise on opportunities.
Analyse team performance, identifying areas for training and improvement, and implement professional development plans.
Work collaboratively with the wider business and promote / encourage a supportive team culture.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven Leadership Experience: A passionate leader with 5+ years demonstrable success in a leadership role, with a focus on managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Sales Expertise: A strong track-record of driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPI's, with the ability to coach team members to achieve their own individual success.
Strategic Thinking: Experience in creating and executing sales strategies to drive business objectives.
Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build and nurture relationships across diverse regions and cultures.
Previous experience within technology is essential (SaaS is desired).
Excellent commercial and business acumen.
Familiarity with the EMEA market is a strong advantage.
Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
