About The Role What You'll Do: Strategically review and improve department performance.
Set and achieve sales targets while addressing any shortfalls.
Oversee stock turnover, budgets, and dealership costs.
Plan and execute effective sales schedules and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Manage training, and staff performance, addressing underperformance where needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, Health & Safety, and FCA standards.
What You Bring: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Knowledge of sales processes, market trends, and dealership operations.
Experience of managing and achieving targets Proficiency in dealership software systems.
