The successful Sales Manager will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns and cities including, Wakefield, Brighouse, Barnsley, Oldham and Halifax.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include: Creating a strategic long term sales plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Focusing on market expansion, customer segmentation and developing pricing strategies to drive sustainable growth Leading and developing high performing sales teams.
Providing coaching and mentoring whilst fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, driving significant year on-year sales growth.
Using in-depth knowledge of laser cutting, metal bending, welding processes, fabrication and powder coating to leverage a competitive advantage during tendering or quotation processes.
