Our client now has an opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Manager to join our west midlands development.

Regularly carry out market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives and other marketing events are carried out proactively to produce the correct pipeline fulfilling set sales targets.
Become the reference point for all internal and external departments parties as well as the purchaser from the first contact through the completion of the sale of the house.
Take ownership of the presentation of the development as well as the whole purchase process.
Regularly scope target customers, following through with appointments, introducing customers to their new homes and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by our client.
