We are working with a main car dealership who are looking for a forward thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.You will be currently working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a background in management and have an excellent and successful track record.You must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, and will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities.

Car Sales Manager Role: Drive the business forward to maximise car sales and profits as well as customer satisfactionWork in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awarenessProvide guidance, training and motivation to team members of all levels, to maximise individuals' potential and create a strong and focused sales teamMaximise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all timesEnsuring that the sales process is followed at all times in order to maximise sales opportunitiesLiaise with the manufacturer and achieve their volume, CSI and other aspirations as appropriate As a Car Sales Manager: You will have the ability to provide direction and motivation to others.You will have a passion for success and achieving your objectives.You will be an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic.You will have well-developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance.You will posses the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands and schedule work appropriately.A full and valid UK driving licence is required Basic Salary and details of any bonuses: £40k basic plus £25k bonus to 100% of budget plus overachievementHours of work: Monday to Saturday 8.30 am to 6pm (5 on a sat) – day off each week
