Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in high-ticket sales, particularly luxury car sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing and inspiring fast-paced teams.
Commercially minded with an ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to energise and guide a team.
