Job Title – Sales Manager Location – Remote with UK wide travel This is a great opportunity for 2 x Sales Managers who are experienced and highly motivated to join a global leader in wireless communication solutions, to become an integral part of the Sales Team.
Working in a hands-on sales environment, the aim will be to secure new business and cultivate strong relationships, building long term, lucrative business-to-business contracts and growing market presence in the UK.
Your role as Sales Manager will give you the opportunity to work across the UK and meet key stakeholders & decision makers to influence and drive new business conquests, present to the board and secure new business relations to increase business productivity and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role: Develop new business opportunities for Microwave and Millimetre-Wave Radio Equipment , Optical Transport Solutions and Value-Added Services (including the Design, Installation and Maintenance of IP Networks ).
Being responsible for the Sales budget and Customers assigned to the project portfolio (MNO's, Utilities, ISP's).
Management of existing and prospective accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Being accountable for the E2E Sales process phases (Trial, Commercial Contract Negotiation and Delivery of agreements, Producing Contracts and Day-to-day management of contractual stand up, right through to Invoicing and Payments).
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including technical engineers and customer support to develop sound solutions for customer pain points.
Engage in strategic and competitive contract negotiations with clients and customers, in view of closing lucrative deals for all parties.
Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Detailed reporting of accurate sales forecasts, performance and new business opportunities.
Key Requirements for this Sales Manager role: Minimum 2 years in a s enior sales or business development position, specifically in Telecommunications, Networking or related field Strong understanding of microwave and millimetre-wave technologies , as well as optical transport solutions Ideally you will have experience in selling value-added services in telecommunications, including network design , installation and maintenance of IP networks Familiar with the end-to-end sales cycles and proven experience with utilising and implementing sales techniques to support the cycle.
