\n Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n * Welcoming and directing customers \n * Discussing vehicle options with customers \n * Guiding customers through the buying process \n * Closing deals effectively \n To be successful, you'll need: \n * At least 5 years of experience in volume used car sales (must have) \n * A proven track record of closing deals \n * Excellent customer service skills \n * Strong mentorship and coaching abilities \n * Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail \n * FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain) \n * A full UK driving licence \n * A professional appearance \n What we offer: \n * £35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission \n * Permanent contract \n * Company car (Audi, BMW, or Mercedes) \n Interested?
