Regional Sales Manager - Utilities and Telecoms, covering Yorkshire (East Riding of Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire).
£50,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE (uncapped) Car Allowance and Benefits This brilliant people management role requires a hands-on, pragmatic and straightforward people leader who manages B2B salespeople focused on cold calling and new business generation.
Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience in a B2B Field.
To succeed as a Regional Sales Manager, youll need: A proven track record of success managing sales professionals in B2B field sales, B2B door-to-door sales, or face-to-face B2B sales environments.
Ideal backgrounds would be leading a team selling FMCG Products , Utilities , Consumer Goods , B2B Solutions or FM Services .
You will have been well trained in both sales and sales leadership.
You must live on the patch of Yorkshire.
You will be a natural coach with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
You will manage by data, KPIs and follow a sales process that works.
Were seeking a results-oriented , customer-focused sales leader who is passionate about exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement .
As the company are FCA-regulated , you must also be confident of passing background checks , which include adverse credit history (i.e.
