Job Title: Sales Manager – Beauty and Aesthetic Devices - South UK About the Company: Our client is a global leader in Aesthetic Devices, renowned for its advanced FDA-approved skin rejuvenation devices, which achieve outstanding treatment results.
Due to their continued success, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their team in the South of the UK.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the beauty salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic markets.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and successfully close deals.
Work closely with finance partners to arrange leasing options for customers.
Oversee the installation of devices and organise comprehensive training for clients.
Offer ongoing support and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain and update the CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Take ownership of your sales territory to maximise growth and opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to expand business.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay connected with market trends.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in exceeding sales targets.
Experience in cold lead generation and developing new client relationships.
A positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
Strong presentation and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
Valid UK driving licence.
Proficient in business-level English.
Package: Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 base salary with uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses (£90,000 OTE).
Car Allowance: £550 per month.
