My client is an industry leader and are looking to add experienced sales managers to their team.
Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and product offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the print industry.
Strong understanding of print products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
