You will be a B2B Sales Manager with proven experience within the Technology or Professional services sector, with an ability to close new business deals and foster long term deep relationships, right across your territory.
You must be experienced in Enterprise sales and have solid experience of building a new business pipeline from the ground up as well as closing your own deals.
You will hold excellent negotiation and persuasion skills along with a dynamic personality and growth mindset, putting the client at the centre of everything you do.
You must be financially driven and hungry to excel your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES Working in the whitespace, close new business deals for Hodfords AI solutions and AI consultancy with brand new logos.
Work closely with Account Management, Marketing and Leadership to develop strategies for successfully closing business in the white space with new logos.
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success Create and maintain relationships with potential customers to better understand and achieve their needs Make visits to prospects on an as-needed basis to help drive deals to closure.
Manage all reporting about the health of your new business pipeline.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Proven Sales experience via strategic sales techniques within a B2B environment.
Ability to recognise quickly recognise new business deals.
• Experience of working within a fast paced, Professional Environment.
• Highly comfortable in working towards sales targets and other KPIs.
• Strong ability to building pipeline through telephone, email, social campaigns and existing relationships.
• Be a natural communicator, especially face to face, in front of potential clients.
