Sales Manager - Brand new team - Up to £45k basic - OTE £70k+ An exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Business Development Department .
You'll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

Provide regular training, one-on-one coaching, and development opportunities to your team.
Design and execute a sales strategy aimed at reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting relationships.
Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting.
Be a motivational leader who isn't afraid to lead from the front.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams.
A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
A valid driving licence and access to a car or direct access to a train line to Twyford.
