Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales pipelines and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and client delivery.
Maintain and improve CRM usage and data accuracy across the team.
Sales Leadership: Develop and maintain a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Drive repeat business by nurturing existing client relationships.
Provide detailed performance reports on sales activities and pipeline.
Team Management: Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales team, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
Address work quality or interpersonal issues effectively, following company procedures.
Approve leave requests while ensuring team coverage.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior management.
What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and inspire teams.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously.
Customer-focused with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM tools like Dynamics is advantageous.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and industry standards.
