Sales Manager Our client is a fast-growth start-up organization providing a range of cloud-based software solutions to market research organisations and wider corporate organisations.
Their software allows for research processes to be simplified & data to be managed more efficiently and effectively across the board.
They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in leading & growing the SDR team alongside managing their own pipeline.
This is a pivotal role for the growth of the organisation; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow & mentor the current team whilst also building out company-wide processes & strategies.
This is a remote-based role for candidates based in the UK.
Responsibilities Lead & oversee a team of SDRs, working towards both individual and team targets Support in recruitment & growth of SDR team Develop & support in executing an outbound prospecting strategy for the team, collaborating with senior leadership team on overall business goals Implement and optimize all established processes across the team as well as wider processes across the organization Develop & manage own sales pipeline, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities Manage the full sales cycle, closing via product demo Engage in a customer-centric, consultative approach, fully understanding each client's needs Manage inbound leads where necessary Manage contract / deal negotiations Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity The Successful Candidate 2+ years full sales cycle management experience within the software space Experience leading a team / managing direct reports is essential Candidates from an SDR/BDR Manager background are encouraged to apply Ideally based in London but candidates across the UK would be considered Sales Manager Package Basic salary: up to £50,000 OTE: x2 Shares options 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
