They are a market-leading manufacturing organisation who have a superb range of highly engineered metal cable glands, industrial cable trunking solutions, and multi-cable transit products.
They are exclusively represented in the UK market by Prime Light Electrical Ltd who specialise in lighting components, controls, and drives and deal with the vast majority of the UK lighting OEM market.
As such, Prime Light are looking to grow their sales team and are backed heavily by Pflitsch who are developing their UK strategy by recruiting a specialist Sales Manager for their Industrial division.As a Sales Manager for the Industrial sector you will be covering the entirety of the UK targeting a range of OEMs within the Rail, E-Mobility, Machine Building, Bus & Coach building, Oil & Gas, and Food Production Equipment sectors.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling the full range of products direct to end users & OEMs, however they also have the autonomy to build distribution partnerships if the industry verticals merit it.
This role is a 100% business development focussed position, but not from a standing start.
There is already a foothold in the UK which has come from existing distribution activity and this role is take ownership of this with the OEMs and End Users and drive the brand and product through specification, and into new projects.
As such, this Sales Manager role will see you design, implement, and drive a new business sales strategy which will see your career take you on a course to lead the Prime Light Industrial business unit in the future.This Sales Manager position, working for Prime Light Group in the UK, is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will have plenty of backing, support, and autonomy to take the business and run with it for the better.The Company: Pflitsch are a European household name within the cable gland and cable management arena.
