Medical device or life sciences sector experience a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales, profit and customer retention targets as well as sound knowledge of product development, manufacturing and market introduction High level of initiative, organizational talent and strong leadership skills to work independently, target-oriented and promote teams and projects Business acumen to identify growth potential with existing customers and comprehensive knowledge of financial conditions, production processes and global procurement strategies Experience in problem-solving strategies, process optimization and cross-functional management Very good communication skills, proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems and German language skills (B1) and business fluent in English (C1) Unrestricted willingness to travel to customers and colleagues in the EMEA region Key responsibilities: Sales growth Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all decision-making levels Active acquisition of new business opportunities through targeted prospecting Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new products Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to optimize the growth strategy Profit optimization Developing and presenting compelling sales strategies for target and existing customers Application of market-leading pricing models to maximize added value Independently manage the contract process with creative negotiation strategies Ensuring a high return on investment for the company and customers Account management Proactive support and representation of customer interests within the company Securing and expanding existing customers through strategic relationship management Regular review and adjustment of price and supply agreements Organization and coordination of internal resources to meet customer expectations Location & Travel: This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from any location within EMEA with a stable internet connection and within commutable distance of a major airport.
The role also involves frequent travel, approximately 75% of the time to client meetings, site visits, conferences, etc.
