My client is a global brand who operate across the UK, EMEA, and USA.About the RoleIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's sales ledger and ensuring timely payments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, balancing time between their Cardiff office and the comfort of your home (2 days remote per week).Key ResponsibilitiesSales Ledger Management: Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure the ledger is up to date.Credit Control: Proactively manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and resolve queries to minimize bad debt.Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance credit control processes and systems.What We're Looking ForProven experience in sales ledger, credit control, or a similar finance role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.What We OfferCompetitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.A hybrid working model (2 days work from home per week).Pension Staff discounts on productsSupportive and collaborative team culture.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Modern, conveniently located Cardiff office.
