The Opportunity: We are looking for a sales ledger clerk to join our team!
You will work closely with the Billings Manager on a 3-6m client migration project to our new Shipping and Offshore system this will include mainly admin duties (ensuring we have full vessel list, billing addresses, PO's to enable invoicing) and you will need to have experience with excel (all this data will be in spreadsheets) Main Responsibilities: Assisting on the migration project to enable seamless and accurate invoicing of our clients Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring the migrated details are accurate Dealing with customers queries in response to changes Verifying changes via monthly invoice run.
Assisting with the preparation and processing of the monthly invoice run Requirements 1-2+ years sales ledger or other finance function experience.
Proficient in Excel Able to communicate effectively with other teams Strong Organisational skills Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP system would be nice to have but not mandatory.
