The Capture Sales Lead will be responsible for winning new clients to drive the growth of our photography and videography solutions, including our Capture Studio.
This role combines business development and a passion for photography and videography.
The Capture Sales Lead will be part of the wider Enterprise Growth Team for ITG.
This team is responsible for all New Business at ITG.
Key responsibilities: Proactively identify and open new opportunities for Capture by implementing new growth strategies.
Lead the proposal and overall new business process for all new business opportunities for Capture, operating as the senior and main point of contact and key expert.
Collaborate with wider teams, including marketing and client services to support with identifying new growth opportunities.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business development efforts.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and creative trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Support with the planning and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns for Capture.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Work with the studio team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
Represent Capture at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements Demonstrable experience of selling photography and videography services with a reputable studio.
Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK.
Significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
Significant experience working with large scale consumer brands.
Experience working with clients as long tern partners as opposed to project or short term relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.
