Your Opportunity This is an incredible opportunity to play a crucial role at leadership level - working closely with our Global Sales Director and the wider leadership team, developing and managing a diverse sales team, with a focus on creating excellence and implementing best practices.
Taking a strategic approach to the sales capability, your remit will include realizing the full potential of The Collecting Group platforms - providing the best buying and selling experiences, while supporting the expansion of the group into new verticals and markets.
Lead, inspire and collaborate Coaching, mentoring, and nurturing a collaborative and competitive team culture, you'll leverage data to influence your team's sales budget - utilizing insights to help identify opportunities, ensuring we remain competitive, while working closely with other functions across Product, Tech, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
