Are you a driven and passionate sales professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking company?

Blend, a leading membership community for C-level leaders, are recruiting 2 x Sales Executives - Membership to join our team at our Devizes office, with the option to work remotely one day a week.

The Role As a " Sales Executive - Membership ", you will be at the forefront of growing our exclusive community by:
Engaging with C-level leaders and decision-makers to introduce them to the value of Blend.
Focused on building relationships via, LinkedIn, Email and Telephone outreach.
Building and managing a pipeline of prospective members and attendees to Blend events.
Demonstrating Blend's unique benefits through tailored outreach and personalized interactions.
Achieving monthly and quarterly membership and event attendance acquisition targets.
Collaborating with the team to shape sales strategies and refine messaging.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Passionate about creating connections and delivering value to clients.
