They have an exciting opening for a Light Commercial Sales Executive to join our Bicester location selling quality used vehicles.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious sales team within a very successful dealership and the ideal candidate will thrive on driving the standard in customer care and delivering sales advice that people can trust.

Your responsibilities: To sell Used Approved and Non Franchise Light Commercial Vehicles To maintain the appearance of the forecourt display, adhering to Brand Standards To handle all online and walk in customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner To accurately appraise part exchange vehicles To follow the sale of a vehicle all the way from deposit through to handover and follow up call 24 hours later To actively prospect for new business, both with existing and new customers.
To maintain relationships with existing customers.
To achieve customer satisfaction score in line with Brand expectations To gradually build sales in line with budget volume and profit expectations To liaise with and report to the Used Vehicle Manager to ensure the correct stock levels and model mix The Successful Individual: The perfect candidate will have an enthusiastic personality, be self motivated and professional.
You will have previous experience in achieving sales targets in line with KPI's, able to identify new business opportunities and the ability to influence and persuade in both positive and negative situations.
You'll be able to follow process and brand guidelines and have excellent communication skills.
