A Sales Executive preferably with previous experience is needed to join the team at this leading manufacturer of luxury timber doors based in Castleford on a full-time or part-time hybrid working basis.
This role is a unique blend of Key Account Management and Estimation, where you will be the first point of contact for their high-end trade clients, providing bespoke project quotes and maintaining ongoing relationships.
You will use your understanding of architectural and construction details to ensure accurate project estimates, whilst fostering strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
This is a hybrid-working role and offers a performance-based bonus as well.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients such as property developers, architects, interior designers, and construction companies Interpret architectural drawings, project plans, and bills of quantities to provide detailed and accurate quotations Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through telephone, email, and online outreach Manage client expectations, provide updates on projects, and ensure all queries are handled with a high level of service - This includes creating and sending personalised video messages to better connect with clients, build rapport, and enhance communication Use Pipedrive and other internal tools to log new enquiries, quotations, and project updates efficiently Conduct regular site visits or client meetings as necessary, managing your own schedule and travel plans Liaise with their operations team to ensure orders and projects are progressing according to schedule and resolve any technical issues.
Required Experience: Previous experience in account management, sales, or estimating roles in the construction or design industry Basic knowledge of architectural terminology, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to create rapport over email, phone, and video calls Numerically minded with attention to detail, particularly in providing accurate and timely estimates Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and accounting software (e.g., Xero) is a bonus Ability to handle complex client requirements and deliver exceptional service Full driving licence required for occasional travel and site visits Willingness to visit their factory and attend trade shows when required Benefits: Flexible working arrangements: part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate.
