We're on the lookout for a dynamic New Homes Sales Executive who can smash targets, spread joy, and bring excitement to the world of property sales!
Salary : £27,000 per annum + commission OTE an extra £20,000 (cha-ching!)
Perks : Mileage paid after 15 miles, Pension Scheme (plan for the future), 25 days Annual Leave + bank holidays in lieu Hours : 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM (no early starts!)

Hunt down leads like a detectiveemail, phone, or even carrier pigeon if you must!
Keep the Marketing Suite and Show Homes looking fabulous and ready for action.
Patrol the neighborhood, keeping signs, webpages, and competitor updates looking sharp.
Forge alliances with local Estate Agents to boost your New Homes Sales Executive superpowers.
Become a local expert, knowing everything about schools, shops, transport, and hidden gems.
Promote our Purchasing Assistance Incentives like a true champion!
Team up with your Sales Manager to tackle any unsold homes and ensure victory!
Keep your finger on the pulse of sales progresscontracts should be exchanged in record time!
Your Superhero Skills: Experience in New Build Sales (or secret agent trainingwere flexible).
A true expert in the New Homes Sales industry, with knowledge that will blow minds.
Superhuman communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proven track record in New Build Sales we celebrate previous heroics!
