Zeal Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client based in Northampton.
Our client are a well-established and rapidly growing company that provides top-quality commercial cleaning services in the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
They take great pride in their exceptional customer service and their team of dedicated and hardworking employees.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new sales Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies Understand clients' cleaning needs and provide customised solutions to meet their requirements Collaborate with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the value and benefits of our services Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and report to the Sales Manager Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system Keep up to date with industry trends and participate in training and development activities to enhance sales skills Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the cleaning industry but not essential Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent time-management and organisational skills Self-motivated and results-driven Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The days of work are Monday - Friday The hours of work are 09.00-17.00 The split is generally; Monday-Wednesday on the road out on meetings Thursday - On the phone selling / booking meetings Friday - Reporting The Salary offered is £28,000-£32,000 with OTE £60,000 P/A If you are interested in this role please apply now!!
