Previous experience is a bonus, but we'll consider enthusiastic trainees Proven background in telesales or customer service roles Good knowledge of CRM systems and telephone tools Quick to learn about products/services and communicate them to potential customers Excellent English language skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection What will your role look like?
Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services (initially using scripts) Answer customer queries and provide information about the company Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and close sales Update and maintain customer records in the database Accurately process orders and ensure follow-up for future sales Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions What can you expect in return?
