We're expanding and need a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting customers with sustainable energy options, working ethically and collaboratively with our growing team.
  What You'll Do:    As a Sales Executive, you'll be a crucial link between our company and our customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service while helping us achieve our growth goals.
Your key tasks will include:   Customer Engagement: Communicating with potential clients both in person and via phone or email, offering a clear and friendly introduction to our services.
Hosting face-to-face consultations to understand customer energy needs and propose tailored solutions.
Building lasting relationships with clients by offering consistent follow-up and support.
Sales Activities: Proactively reaching out to prospective customers, showcasing our renewable energy solutions in an approachable, non-pushy way.
Meeting realistic sales targets set collaboratively with your manager.
Supporting events, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives that increase visibility for Route Two and generate leads.
Collaboration and Strategy: Working closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns, ensuring a consistent message.
Providing valuable customer insights to refine product offerings and services.
Supporting team initiatives to boost brand reputation and build trust within the community.
What We're Looking For:    We're seeking someone with the following skills and attributes: Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or renewable energy.
A personable, approachable demeanour with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to organise and manage your workload efficiently.
An interest in renewable energy and sustainability (knowledge of the industry is a bonus but not required).
Familiarity with using CRM systems and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
A proactive mindset and a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs ethically.
