We're looking for a Sales Executive
Our Sales Executives are skilled sales professionals focused on re-engaging and converting business leads in a fast paced and fun environment. They manage and nurture a sales pipeline made up of new prospects and re-engaged existing customers, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on revenue generated. Realistic OTE for this role is £50k to £60k.

Your mission Build and nurture a pipeline of high quality leads from qualified pools of new and existing customersUtilise expert sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to iwoca's market-leading product offeringEffectively manage your own portfolio of leads, following your own contact strategyGo above and beyond to hit your KPIs, maximise commission and exceed growth targetsLiaise with different teams within iwoca, such as Account Management, Marketing and Underwriting to achieve the best outcome for your customersBe a team player, helping to improve this exciting part of the businessRequirements We look for people who are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve.
Ideally you'll:
Have past experience in sales, ideally within financial servicesBe comfortable making cold outbound calls, and have an excellent call mannerBe highly motivated, and excited to exceed targetsBe able to take on, and provide, quality feedback to power your own growth, as well as that of your teammatesBe organised and able to manage a large pipeline of prospects, with deals at various stages of progressBe able to simplify and explain complex products in a way that customers with little experience in commercial financing can easily understandDesired (but not essential): Understand the challenges facing small businessesA good understanding of different financial products used by small businessesOur benefits We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a brilliant place to work:
