Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be converting warm leads into new customers.
These leads are generated by our marketing and lead generation teams and are already interested in our products.
This role requires a consultative, customer-first approach as you engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and guide them through the loan application process.
You'll play a key role in turning interest into action and ensuring that the process is smooth, efficient, and tailored to the customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Conversion: Manage a pipeline of warm leads generated by various internal sources, reaching out to prospects to qualify and convert them into customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses, provide tailored solutions, and advise on the best loan products suited to their specific circumstances.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, handle inquiries, and proactively follow up on leads to maintain momentum and maximize conversion rates.
Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing your time and pipeline of warm leads.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's loan products and services to confidently explain benefits and features to prospects.
Customer Onboarding: Assist in guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to the operations and underwriting team.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all communications and progress with leads and customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting) to ensure a seamless experience for customers and help improve processes.
Requirements: Sales Experience: You'll have 1-2 years of phone based sales experience, ideally from a B2B cold calling or recruitment environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
Sales Mindset: Results-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the sales cycle while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
Team Player: Collaborative and enthusiastic about working with others in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to Learn: A strong interest in fintech, finance, and lending, with a willingness to learn about new products, services, and industry trends.
