You will help customers to clarify their requirements and document the conclusions reached.
You will also have/be: GCSE or equivalentPrevious experience in a telesales role is essentialIT literate, particularly with the MS Office suite of products and ideally CRM systemsExcellent understanding of customer service standardsExcellent telephone mannerActively seeking opportunities for personal developmentKnowledge of the domestic property market would be an advantage
