Elevation Recruitment Group are the retained partner to a highly entrepreneurial, Technology Distribution business in the appointment of a Head of Sales.
Our client has built up a strong reputation for customer service, quality and delivery across the market and they now deliver revenues in excess of £35 million.

This is a hands-on role managing all sales staff, customer service and marketing that requires agility to achieve a varied task list with a mix of strategy and business development through to tactical execution of specific sales campaigns and calls.
Proven track record in sales leadership, with responsibility for delivery of large revenue targets.
Broad commercial/ business skills and experience.
Strong people management and evidenced coaching capability
Significant experience of managing, motivating and driving sales teams to over achieve.
