Sales Estimator Up to £50,000 + Car Hertfordshire Area We are architectural metal workers, you will be asked to quote, estimate from client drawings, architectural and engineering drawings.2% commission on sales, + bonus's.
with a target to be discussed.If targets hit, salary will be reviewed after 6-12 months.Responsibilities:– Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials needed– Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects– Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes– Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals– Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options– Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference– Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders– Proven experience as an Estimator in the industry– Strong knowledge of metal work methods, materials.– Proficient in using estimating software and tools, we use MIE Track– Excellent mathematical and analytical skills– Strong attention to detail and accuracy– Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesSkills:– Cost control: Ability to monitor project costs and implement strategies to control expenses
