About the Role Enrolment Specialists make a difference daily in students' lives by supporting them through the application and enrolment process for starting an online University Degree course.
As an Enrolment Specialist, you will work with 'warm lead' prospective students to identify and evaluate appropriate degree courses to meet their needs, support them through our Partner University application and admissions processes, and ultimately through to making their initial payment to enrol at the University whilst meeting sales enrolment targets.
About You You will be an experienced Contact Centre or Sales Specialist – a self-motivated, resilient team player who thrives on hitting targets and achieving success and is experienced with high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities include: Manage the student pipeline and lifecycle from initial inquiry, student application and admission through payment and enrolment, using established procedures and appropriate influencing skills in line with sales enrolments KPI and SLA's Follow up on assigned lead opportunities effectively and efficiently to maximise likelihood of quality students enrolling on a University course.
Follow defined enrolment management processes with an impeccable follow through and utilisation of available tools and resources.
Utilise business tools (Salesforce) to effectively track each interaction and progression of all leads.
Essential Key Experience/ Skills.
2+ years of sales experience in a performance-oriented contact centre Experience of high call volumes both inbound and outbound Computer and IT experience including CRM systems (Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential).
Experience of working to and achieving KPIs and Targets.
Experience of working in an omni-channel, fast-paced environment, with high outbound call volumes.
Excellent soft skills including communication, time management, resilience, and teamwork.
The ability to work fully remotely within the UK and have the RTW.
