Quantum Solutions, headquartered at Oxford, is specialized in building the next-generation imaging products based on Quantum Dot technology.
We've been pioneering the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of Quantum Dots (semiconductor nanoparticles) for various applications and customers worldwide.

The role To sustain our growth in the quantum dot industry, we are currently seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support our customers throughout the sales and after-sales process of our quantum dot materials products.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing tech startup with a diverse and international team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and drive the sales cycle: From initial inbounds leads to final invoice, including quoting and order processing, you will be responsible for the entire sales process of our quantum dot product lines.
Build customer relationships: Work closely with customers, the production team, and administrative staff to understand customer needs, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Lead Digital Marketing efforts for quantum dots product lines: implement strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads Manage the existing distributors networks Maintain internal reporting/forecasting for business operations and executive teams.
Expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
Conduct market analysis and provide insights for future product development.
Collaborate with administrative teams to improve processes and tools as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in chemistry, material science, physics or a related field.
2-5 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
Experience in sales of semiconductor materials is preferred.
