As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that you deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
Creating, developing and growling a sales pipeline for effective BD.
Present technical information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand the benefits of products and services.
Develop strategies for new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
Use tools such as Excel for reporting and analysis as needed.
Experience Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
