Sales Engineer,Field Based, £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Package, We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products and solutions by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Responsibilities:Combine your technical expertise with effective communication skills to drive company sales.Understand client needs and present a tailored air conditioning solution.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.Understand customer needs and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales process.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Skills & Experience:Experience of Commerical Sales account management and relationship buildingBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.Proven track record of success in technical sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC industry.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on delivering value to customers.Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
