Orders raised, manufacture, delivery & receipt of parts Regular Interaction with the Customer Coordinating clear feedback via Sample Shop to customer contact Reviewing weekly customer trackers & ensuring updates are sent within agreed time Coordinating between customer & internal stakeholders for any issues which effects the delivery of orders Support Sales Engineers Act as an interface between Sales Engineer, Customer & Sample Shop Coordinate all new orders via Sales Engineer, confirm pricing, design level etc.
Informing Sales Engineer of escalation topics.
Support of miscellaneous Sales activities where possible Presentations/Communication Liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure overpaid invoices are resolved 1-2-1 meetings with line manager to ensure key topics are reviewed Updating of monthly UK SOE Cockpit Chart Presentation Ad hoc presentation support relating to current business topics Qualifications Studying for an undergraduate degree in STEM (Engineering) / Business / Economics and are required to take a placement as part of your course. An interest/understanding of automotive technology and Commercial Management/Supply Chain is desirable.
Driving License is advantageous (not a prerequisite) Additional Information This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025.
This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face to face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
