They are currently searching for a UK Sales Director.
Managing a well-established regional and account management sales team.
Working with leadership and internal stakeholders to align sales strategy to maximise growth.
Developing a mid to long term sales strategy focused on increasing current market share and focusing on new markets.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and management, to align business development efforts with company goals.

The ideal candidates should have, Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development/sales with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Background in Electronics and ideally related markets such a, Wireless Communications, EMC, Semiconductor or other growth-related electronic systems markets.
Ideally experience/knowledge of RF related systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyse market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
