What you'll be doing You'll be reporting to the General Manager UKI and you can expect to be involved in the following in this role.
Position Overview
The Sales Director will play a dual role as a player/coach, managing a high-performing sales team while actively contributing to revenue generation themselves. This role is pivotal to achieving our ambitious growth goals within the UKI market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, deep understanding of SaaS sales lifecycles and processes, and a successful track record in closing deals in the region of £75-100k ARR+. Prior experience in the proptech B2B SaaS market is important.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, regular performance reviews, and continuous skill development.Revenue Generation:Carry an individual sales quota alongside managing the team's collective target.Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring robust pipeline management.Strategic Sales Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business growth and achieve revenue targets.Demonstrate a consultative approach to selling SaaS software within the property sector.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.Represent Reapit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.Provide market feedback to inform product development and business strategy.Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Experience & Expertise:Proven track record of sales success within a proptech B2B SaaS environmentDemonstrable experience closing high-value deals with a focus on new business/client acquisition.Strong knowledge of sales processes, including different lifecycle models, tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and other technologies.Leadership Skills:Previous experience leading and managing a sales team, with evidence of team performance improvement and target achievement.Ability to balance individual contributor responsibilities with team management.Stakeholder Management:Experienced in engaging at senior levels with internal and external stakeholders.Adept at presenting to and negotiating with C-suite executives.Skills & Attributes:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on driving data-driven decisions.Results-oriented, with the ability to demonstrate tangible outcomes in terms of revenue growth, deal size, and year-over-year achievements.What's in it for you?
