Are you an experienced IT Channel recruiter ready to lead, mentor, and drive real results in a company that values growth and excellence?
I'm looking for an experienced 360 recruiter/ Sales Manager or Sales Director, who has experience working in the IT Channel to join my awesome client, in this fully remote role.
As a senior member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in the next phase of the company's growth; where you'll work closely with the MD to share and own the revenue goals, help drive sales, mentor the team and promote the company.
You'll be joining a company where the MD still bills and does business development, and is someone who really puts time into developing people too.
They lead by example and wouldn't expect their team to do anything they wouldn't do themselves.
The company is doing really well and they have got a large database full of leads, paired with their fantastic reputation in the sector; meaning you'll be given all the tools to really excel here from day one.
Your responsibility will be to bring in new clients with the IT Channel, ranging from IT or Consumer Electronics to Distribution Partners and MSP's.
These can be on a contingent, retained or larger RPO projects, so you'll have loads to go after!
It goes without saying, but you'll act as a role model for the team, mentoring new and existing staff members, demonstrating the company values and best practices at all times, as well as training and developing the team.
From a financial perspective, you'll get a salary of up to £60,000 – depending on your experience, with a commission scheme of 25%, and if you bring in an RPO client, you'll also get an additional bonus of 3% of the annual revenue.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
