Job Title: Sales Director
Location: North West, UK
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead a sales team in the North West region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the housebuilding industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications: Previous sales experience in the housebuilding industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the North West housing market and regional dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
